


Sacred Rest: Postpartum Workshop
Join us for a deeply nourishing postpartum preparation class that weaves together Biblical wisdom and Ayurvedic practices to help you embrace the 4th trimester with peace, healing, and rest.
This is a 3 hour workshop with hands on activities, practical tips, workbook and a time to prepare our minds so we can take the steps to prepare our hearts and homes for the sacred 4th trimester.

Saturday, June 28th in La Mirada
Address will be given to those who register.
1 Registration ticket covers pregnant mama and her primary support person (spouse, sister, mother, bff, etc)
Handbook, Check lists, food sampling, postpartum practices and open discussions.
